We accept indoor cats as pets and dogs not exceeding 35 pounds as pets. 2 is maximum. There will be an additional $400 pet deposit required and the monthly Pet fee is $50.<br /><br /><strong>(We abide by Federal and State regulations regarding assistive animals).</strong>
